-spying out a manipulation of the software codes of the platform or changing the system by the means of viruses or codes,
-obstructing the use on purpose by deliberately overloading the server.
The user of this portal is obligated to use this portal only according to the relevant national and international laws and to follow our indications. In particular the user is obligated to check all the provided information and contents regarding their correctness and permission.

§ 3 Liability

The user has not got indemnifications against the LCI website any damage and loss or liability which may arise directly or indirectly from the use of the LCI website data by the user. The user uses the LCI website at ´his own risk.

The user will become a pay-user, if he wishes to use the additional information and opportunities.
The pay-user will have these advantages beyond the ordinary service:
-you can see full details about the company including the profile of the company, the turnover, the range of products, the references, the news of this company, employees and contact opportunities
-you can see all the companies resulting from your search.
-you can use the additional search criteria , to find free capacities for the production and projects (if available)
-you can enter your company date, including your company news and you can choose how to
indicate them in order to in able other users to find your entry.

The pay-user will be required to pay a non-refundable fee.
The user acknowledges that any information is sent at the user`s own risk and the LCI website shall have no liability for the security while it is being transmitted in the internet. The LCI website has taken all normal precautions to minimise the risk.

§5 Advertisements

For a special fee you can enter advertisements and decide in which field of business (e.g. the transporting industry) and what parts of the world they shall be shown.

§ 6 Personal information

The LCI website will only collect personal information given by you if you register with us or contact us for information.
You will be able to change your personal data online at any time in the “members area” of this site.

§7 Security

Keeping information about you secure is important to us, but no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be closed secure. You send all information at your own risk.
Our billing process work automatically and we may process your personal date as part of our billing process.

§ 8 Equipment

The user shall be responsible for operating and handling all the necessary computer hardware and software, modems and connecting to get access to the LCI website.

§ 9 Termination

If the user is in material breach of any of his obligations under the agreement or if the user goes into bankruptcy or a similar case, suspend the LCI website service will be suspended.

§ 10 General

All notice given about this agreement must be in writing to the relevant party to the address given by LCI website or the address given by the user on registration.
If you find any illegal entries (see §2) please report them to the LCI website.

§ 11 Confidentiality

The user will take as confidential and keep secret all the information concerning the password and the original data for using the LCI website.

§ 12 Legal domicile

Place of fulfilment and legal domicile is Berlin, Germany.
